[installed content] Here’s my existing bodyweight training progress as of first week of November. I am going to workout harder than ever to achieve all these objectives specified by the end of 2013:

Straddle Planche: 10s
Ring Tuck Planche: 30s
Front Lever: Threes
Back Lever: Better Type
Wedding band Muscle Up: 3 distributors
Pike Press to HS on Parallettes: 2 distributors
Japanese HS: 30s
