A suggestion for an alternative to nuts- roasted chick peas? Get a tin, open and rinse them in a sieve. dry them on kitchen paper/towel. Pop in a bowl, spray with fry lightm, sprinkle in your seasoning of choice (chilli powder! cayenne, paprika, garlic even sweetener and cinnamon!) place on a baking tray in a single layer pop them in the oven on about 140 for 30-45 minutes (depending on your oven and how crunchy you like them) Bobs your uncle a FREE slimming world treat!
6 cans of stella- could you maybe have a 1 or 2 with lemonade to make a shandy? or maybe switch to vodka, rum, whisky or gin with a free mixer? Adding fresh lemon or lime ups your superfree
Cheese- use your healthy extra a choice and crackers are relatively low syn. Again this is something you can serve with veggie sticks, grapes and sliced apple- up your superfree while having a yummy treat.
