What keeps you active all the day?
A proper healthy breakfast and 1 hour workout in the morning just makes my day! What about you?
With a desk job, being active all day is not an option. I always eat a good breakfast and then enjoy a great workout in the morning to set a positive tone for the day. I love that on weekends I get to move about all day.
