1. Vintage Inns – mini eton mess

   Hi All – does anyone know the syn value of the mini eton mess from the vintage Inns menu please?. I have looked on their website but cannot find any nutritional values at all so I have no idea!

   Probably the only way you will be able to find out is to email/ring them and ask the calorie content. Then divide the calories by 20 to find the number of syns.
