Training at home
Hello everybody
I’m 18 year old and I’m almost 6′ tall, but my problem is that my weight is 134lb.
I’m trying to get some muscles but I can’t affort to go to the gym because of money and time. I have two dumbbells, a chin-up bar, a jump rope and a bench and I want to use these things to train. I want to train three times a week and I’ve already found some exercises for my abs in the program:
Crunch 3×20
Reverse Crunch 3×20
Bycicle Crunch 3x15xside
But I don’t know what to do in addition to these exercises and don’t know where to star from to create a decent program. I would like to train with some exercises that involve the whole body (like squats, pull-ups, chin-ups, exercises with dumbbells and so on) and that allow me to get pretty builky, so I need some help to create a training program with exercises in order to achieve what I want. Obviously everything goes together with an appropiate diet. is Any advice is approved.
