Well its Day 1 for me and by now i should be sitting here with a little something nice… Ive managed 2 hurdles today, the first cup of tea of the day that has been replaced by a pint of water, and not picking at the kiddies left over dinner. Struggling to enjoy the porrige and the shakes… 2 1/2 stone to lose
