    Spiritual and Physical Betterment.

    Hello! let me first say that I’m excited about this forum, and the idea of practicing better health. Im 22 years old 6,0′ 172 and looking to develop good life long habits of health and wellness but thats easier said than done. Im also an information junkie so feel free to PM me and articles you like or suggestions or opinions you may have. I reside in Cape Cod and would also entertain Work out groups, partners, weekend worriers to work out with. Im excited, now off to the forum!
