optimal routines?

Hey everybody. so ive been working out hard for the past 3 months. ive been functioning out 5-6 times a week including high magnitude excercises such as hill sprints, self-destructions, circuit training and additional into my exercises. i cant help but seem like im missing out on something though. my typical journey to the health club appears like

20 minutes of jogging on the treadmill which standards out to 1.7 miles
playing on the basketball court
squats
pushups

and all your assets else is so scattered and arbitrary that its tough for me to even create a set routine. im attempting to develop some muscular tissue definition now as i lose the last 50 pounds i need to shed (ive lost 150 pounds in the last 14 months) yet i really feel a some unaware regarding ways to proceed securely and not wreck my fat burning. i know individuals seperate muscle groups into various days aka back day and shoulder day however im uncertain if that is still the correct thing to do because i still have so much weight to lose. might somebody on below manage to give me an excellent tip in terms of routine for the week? it would be valued significantly.
