Need Help with my workout plan!

I am a 25 years old Asian male, 6ft tall, 101kg (about 222lbs), on the edge between overweight and obese. I really want to lose at least 10kg (22lbs). My daily schedule doesn’t really allow me to have a long workout. So I came up with a workout plan, hope you guys can give me some suggesting.

I also understanding that dieting is important. I am still constructing a plan for my diet. So please just focus on my workout plan for now.

Workout plan:
1. Weight training
– Abs (P90 100 abs routine)
2 sets of [push-up x 10 –> Dumbbell Row x 10 –> Squat + shoulders press x 10 –> bicep curls x 10 –> tricep dips x 10]
2. Cardio (interval): 1 set = 3mins 15 sec of Jogging and 45 sec of Sprinting, do 5 sets, about 20 mins cardio

I finish all these workout in about 30-40 mins. I plan to workout 2 days with 1 day rest.
[2 days workout –> 1 day rest –> 2 days workout –> 1 day rest ….. and so on]
