My fabulous diary for 2014!

So here’s what I had today!

Breakfast : Toffee nut lattee, without whip and skimmed milk (9 syns)

Lunch: Chicken and veg rice with seasoning (All SW friendly)

Snack : Cheddar cheese 25g (Hex A I think still?)

Dinner : Beef stir fry with noodles and lots of veggies : cauliflower, mangatout, french beans, peas, sweetcorn, pepper and onion..

I have very little in the house for my HEX b so I’m going to have to search and see if I have anything!

3 glasses of water

Pretty bad for the first day tbh, but I wasn’t planning on it at breakfast but it seemed a good a day as ever to start!
