the goal to getting into a ketogenic diet is to just get into it first, then you should naturally stabilize blood sugar and be less “consumed” with eating. No pun intended.

the first four or so days are pretty horrible. glucophage, chromium and r-ala can all make it go a lot quicker
so can a really intense workout to cook up glycogen stores

drink a LOT of water and be prepared for headaches, light headedness and an all around bad mood and an almost obsession with all things simple carbs
I actually started like..fondling bread once ..I dont even like bread.
