Is this dieting and training programme optimal to lower my body fat?

I am currently on a caloric deficit of high protein, lower carb than normal. Consuming starch as what little carbs I do get.
Have a lot of definition all over my body except for my abs, I can see them when I tense and pull my skin over my tummy a little but I cant
see them too well in general, although the outline is there.
I am also performing High Intensity Interval training four times per week to maintain muscle and speed up the fat burning process. I do go to the gym
and do high reps and endurance reps on compound movements once per week. My HIIT programme
is currently 3 sets of:
10 20m shuttle runs,
20 bodyweight squats
15 burpees
10 press-ups
5 pull-ups
with a thirty second break after each set. Meaning the whole workout is about 10 minutes max but very intense. I also work my upper and lower abs every day.

So am I on the right track? How long till I lose that belly fat?
