Hello from Thailand.
Thought I would say hello and introduce myself.
I have just moved to Thailand with my wife for work and will most likely be here for the next 4 years.
I am looking to trim off some excess weight but also keep muscle for Judo which I enjoy competing in and Rugby. I am currently 103Kg, 5 foot 10 and 30 years old. I have always been a stocky build, and although I don’t know for sure my fat percentage etc I would like to get to around 90 – 95 kg.
We eat fairly healthy but do enjoy some wine and good food at the weekends, although not too excess. I identified one of the main areas I needed to address was the amount of activity I do and have now been doing the Spartacus Workout 2 times a week with colleagues for the last 3 months and already starting to feel more in shape, although the tale of the scales does not really show weight loss.

This mixed with more activity and a calorie deficit should hopefully pull me in-line with where I used to be when younger. For me the challenge is calculating the calorie intake as food does not really have those values displayed in Thailand.
