    Cambridge diet 3rd time lucky

    Hi all, am about to start the cd tomorrow on sole source. I have about 4stone to lose. I have done the diet twice before, but the longest was for one week ? I really need to do it this time. I’m just wondering if anybody can give me some advice? I’d be really grateful xx
