Bloated after working out for 2 weeks?

    AngryBloated after working out for 2 weeks?

    I’m a 14 year old obese male with a BMI of 32, and I’ve been working out for the past few weeks. I’ve been doing the elliptical for 30 mins on modays, wednesdays and fridays, and a light jog, bicep curls and squats on the rest. I went to gym class the other day and changed into my shirt and found it to be really tight, as opposed to fairly loose a few weeks ago. My only conclusion is that I’ve somehow become bloated after exercising??? I’m pretty sure the opposite is supposed to occur, so can anyone give me any insight into the problem?
