Biggest Mistake !!!!

Pros of this video:

– Features an actual human(oid) being.
– Prescription to train legs twice a week.
– Recommendation for power/hypertrophy split.
– Isn’t a Nigerian soap infomercial.

Cons:

– I’m not sold on the whole “train legs >> boost testosterone >> get big arms” mantra. If that’s true, then bench press, overhead press, pull ups and rows should make our legs grow. To the best of my knowledge, training legs does elevate testosterone levels, but only briefly. It hardly compares to a shot of vitamin T (not that I endorse steroid use).
– Train legs to cure your elbows? I’ve never heard that before. I think if there’s any truth to that, it needs some serious explaining.
– Whether or not training legs does enhance upper body development or elbow health, there are plenty of other definite benefits of training legs that have gone unmentioned.

I’m not sure whether the food and bicep poses are a pro, con, or miscellaneous.
