Anyone running?

I’m gonna be running. Bit injured so it’ll be slow. U can’t go far on VLCD. Lack of fuel!

Give it a go. Walk and run to begin. 1 min walk, 1 min run. Or run to one almost, walk to next and so on. Build up slowly. Don’t try to run longer or faster each time u run. Try to enjoy 🙂 get a buddy if you can…
