Hi guys newbie here!

Any type two diabetics out there? I’m on my last diet ever to make me feel better and to finally lose some weight. As any diabetic knows the weight sticks to us too well and trying to lose weight or get into ketosis is really hard.
Im now on day 3 my sugars are stable and to be honest I feel fine.

How are others doing? Have you managed to reverse your diabetes???
