It’s a race? I’d take Cfboy’s advice and go oatmeal and eggs.
if it’s not a hard effort ride, then just about anything will do, provided you’re feeding while on the bike (e.g. Clif Bars).
Mix up a bottle of energy/hydration drink, too (e.g. Powerbar mix, cytomax). Two if it’s a race.
