Here I am again, can I be the right type of loser this time…?
After my last weight loss effort early in the summer, I have gained it all back and am very unhappy 🙁
So I am now taking control and am starting with SW Extra Easy. I normally have the best success on red days but at the moment I have so little willpower that I need the flexibility of EE so I don’t feel like I am on a diet. I do find it quite easy to stick to EE but always wonder how I will lose weight. But I am going to stick at it and see how I go. I have just completed day 2 and current weight is 11 stone 0.5lb.
Today I have eaten…
B-Jacket potato with clover lighter (3.5 syns) I had this as a late breakfast….weird I know
L-Jacket potato with beans and clover lighter (2.5 syns) Yes another potato!
D-Spaghetti Bolognese (extra lean mince, passata, mushrooms, onion, seasoning) spaghetti, topped with cheese (hex A)

I am full to the brim today and feel like I have eaten too much. However, I haven’t wanted to snack on rubbish today as I have been full all day.
I know that I should have had 1/3 with brekkie and lunch, I also missed my hex B!!
