Weeklies :-(

Are you eating enough protein? Do you think you’re dipping into your weeklies because you’re craving more food/nutrients?
Weeklies can be hugely tempting, i’ve often used them all and then some!
all I can suggest is to maybe allow yourself 2 or 3 weeklies everyday and then save the rest for special meals out etc
