Good Way to Achieve Male Stripper/Hugh Jackman Physique?
Hello, I’m a 6’1, 170 lbs male. I just recently finished P90X over the spring, but then was on vacation for 2 weeks and was unable to workout and was constantly having buffalo wings and that sort of thing socially shoved in my face. I have a very faint six-pack and still have well above average obliques. I wasn’t able to keep up with the diet plan because I’m still in college, living with my parents and am not in a situation where I’m able to get a full time job, so I’m trying to find cheap ways of eating well and my family is not big on eating well at all. My guess is that I ate too little rather than too much. I’m trying to achieve the most sexually appealing body possible right now, because of a narcissistic/funny music video that I want to make right now. I’m hairy, my assumption is that I would look good with Hugh Jackman’s physique, but my mental image of most actors’ physiques are kind of mushed together. My arms and legs are a bit skinnier that I would like them to be, but probably look better than most men’s. I would prefer body weight training over weight training just because of money and driving around, but I’ll deal with weights if I have to. I’m not sure I’m going to get what I want just by doing P90X over again and people who do Insanity end up looking like twigs. Does anyone know of any good online training plans that have worked for them or anything else? I’m kind of nervous about what I should commit to at the moment.
Also, I do have a metabolic disorder that’s bad enough to keep me out of the military, so more breaks are better than fewer breaks.

Hi, You just have to try to eat mainly fruit vegetables and Protein, Keep up the exercise and it is really important to keep a positive mental attitude.
Visualise yourself as you would like to be and keep that picture of yourself in your head. Just eat the best foods that you can eat ar any time, in any situation and you will be right!!! Carolyn Lia thebodybooksystem — Improve Your Self Image
