    Unless you’re a vegetarian, chances are you rarely eat the amount of fruits and vegetables you should. Cutting your processed food, as described in the fitness goal above, should really help to leave room for better eating habits like including fruits and vegetables in every meal. Fruits and vegetables are lower in calories than other food groups, so in adding them, you’re already cutting calories. Furthermore, because fruits and vegetables are so rich in fiber and water, they’re more filling. Fill your plate about half with fruits and vegetables and watch the inches really come off. You’ll fill up on vegetables or fruits before you’re able to eat too many calories in them, of whatever else is on your plate. Just be sure to eat your fruits and vegetables first.
