    Processed foods are one of the biggest offenders of empty calories, not to mention they don’t offer any nutritional value like vitamins or minerals. Setting a fitness goal to cut processed foods from your diet not only leave room for better, more nutritious food, but it also cuts a large number of calories from your diet that you can’t replace with healthier alternatives. Set a goal and, you’ll notice the benefit along your waistline, on the scale, and in the way that you feel. You’ll probably feel healthier and experience a boost of energy. Fitness Unlimited
