Workout plan for a 14 year old?

Hello, I’m Julian.

Currently I’m working out between four and six days a week for 45-60 minutes (sometimes 30) depending on homework.

I usually do bench presses (I max out at 240lbs),
Bicep curls (dumbbells, 4 sets of 20kg 6-8 reps),
crunches (4 sets of 40),
push-ups (4 sets of 20),
pull-ups, and squats.
I also lift my feet up in the air with the lower back to improve my lower abs.

I weigh about 75lbs and my height is a little bit over 6’0.

I would really appreciate if you guys could give me some suggestions on what to do different and/or what to add to my workout.
