Red v Green
Hi all, Does anybody else do red/green days? I started today from home (have done SW in the past) and I’m a bit worried about how many green days I should have a week? In the past I’ve felt that I eat too much on a green day but they’re more filling and easier at work. Any input would be great :0)
I’m doing a mix of all 3 main plans. There are days when I just want carbs – and I can have them with SW. Then there days when all I want is steak, cold meat and stir fries. EE works the rest of the time, and is certainly the most “normal” plan for eating out and daily life.
In the six weeks I’ve been doing this I have the vast majority of EE days. I’ve probably done five Red days and maybe 7 or 8 Green days. I like the extra HEXs you get in Red and Green
I think as long as you remember the overriding “eat til you’re satisfied, then stop” even for Free foods it really works.
