After doing slimming world several times, the most recent being 2 years ago whilst pregnant, I have been on and off different diets since. I lost 3 stone on Exante last year but really struggled and kept snacking. So I’m back with slimming world, my old favourite diet. I’ve planned my food week already and I will be weighing and updating my total lb to lose in the morning.
