New college fittie
I am a college sophomore. I am obsessed with healthy food; I eating nothing modified or with unnecessary added ingredients and I eat as much Organic as I can without completely destroying my bank account. I workout almost everyday. I am a girl, and no I do not just do cardio; I do weight training to. I am obsessed with everything healthy <3 I am trying to lose some fat that I gained freshman year(yes the freshman 15 is real y’all). But I do not need to be as skinny as I was, I just want to be toned. The number on the scale doesn’t matter to me as long as my BMI is lower than it is now. I would take muscles over bones any day even if it means I weigh a little more. I need some fitness tips beyond the basics because I’ve done my research and taken a dietetics and human nutrition class so I know a little bit about what I am doing, but I’m not an expert. I want some creative gym workouts too because I alternate with a cardio, arms/abs, and leg days with a little bit of back on arms day but I feel like I am not doing as much as I can. But anyways help me out any way you can and I am so proud to call myself a fittie!
