Step 1 Sole Source + On the last stretch of road ……65lb to go!!
Hi Everyone,
A little intro…..My name is Sarah, Im 34 years old and a single mum to 2 lovely boys aged 4 1/2 yrs and 171/2 yrs. I am not new to this site or even this plan but I am new to a brand new start!! I have tried just about every diet plan I can think of over the years but this has got to be my last one!! I have already lost 45lb with healthy eating and exercise but it has taken me a very long time, several years!! Mainly due to not staying focused but also due to a hormonal imbalance that makes losing weight very difficult indeed. But I am determined to do it!! My goal is still 10st 7lb / 147lb so that leaves me 65lb to go.
MY STATS
STARTING DATE – WEDNESDAY 22nd JANUARY 2014
STARTING WEIGHT – 15st 2lb / 212lb
GOAL WEIGHT – 10st 7lb / 147lb
THE PLAN
I will be following Sole Source + but with just packs and no actual food. This enables me to have 4 packs a day and a little skimmed milk I will be having my packs at set times each day as I know this worked well for me in the past. So I will be having a shake at 9am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm along with 2-3 litres of water each day. I have purchased the water flavorings too for when I get bored
I still want to keep a little active without over doing it so I will still continue with my swimming 2-3 times a week but will no longer do my workouts as my CDC says this will be too much just now.
To also help keep me on track I am going to be seeing my CDC twice a week, Sunday evenings and Thursday Mornings
So there it is, its as simple as that
