Late night snack or not ?

There was research many years ago showing the impact of eating late on body weight. When they came clean on the fact this was on top of normal intake not instead of this was discredited and every piece of research since has shown no confirmed difference based on time of eating.
By contrast frequent starvation has shown drastic issues in increased body fat and reduced training capacity.
In short, if you need food eat. The time of day is not important if it’s good stuff.
