Shredded wheat, skimmed milk, sweetener
melon/grapes

Ham & boiled egg salad with balsamic vinegar & WW bread x 2
Cherries
Dinner
Chicken marinated in chilli & spices, salad, warb thins & low fat cheese (extra x 2)
