Diet Plan – Weight Gaining Help – age 13
Hi, I was following advice from my previous post of how I could get a bigger and stronger body, one of these suggestions was bulking. Right now I weight 40kg plus or minus a few kg. I am about 158cm tall, and would like to streanthen my what seems like week and femble boady so I am more condiditioned to play physicaly intense games such as rugby. I have been struggling to eat more… I want to put on about 5 – 7kg before I start workig out every day. I chose what I want to eat for breakfast and dinner but my school provide meals at lunch so I would be open to sugestions about this. I would also like advice on snacking as I usually have a packet of crips or bar of chocolate aroung 11 oclock to keep me going. I am also concerned about my motivation, what could I do to help motivate my self? Also once I have put these kg on should I continue eating as much while working out?
