Hi all already posted a couple of pictures in the new member section but think it is more appropriate here my weight loss so far is all down to clean living and alot of training (Muay Thai) i dont drink anything but water and fruit juicy no alcohol i dont eat fast food or any kind of takeaway, no bread, no pastry, no choc,no nothing unhealthy really. so here you go- from this
to this-im still nowhere near where i want to be, 70kg is the goal
